TTTelecom specializes in custom built Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems. We provide solutions for call-centers, information, donation and reservation lines, etc.. These IVR system are primarily made accessible through toll free (0800), post-paid (090X) or pre-paid (any geographic number) numbers.

Why TTTelecom?

We have built our own affordable IVR-CT platforms that can scale up and compete with many high-priced alternatives. We built our platform from the ground up, because we were not pleased with the offerings on the market.

Our platforms haven proven their reliability by handling thousands (e.g. 123bel) of call each day for many years.

Our IVR-CT platforms are built on Microsoft technology, primarily using Microsoft Windows, C++, SQL Server en ASP.NET.

Asterisk Solutions

TTT has been building (custom) Telephony solutions based on the Asterisk Open Source PBX for several years.

Asterisk is a software implementation of a telephone private branch exchange (PBX) originally created in 1999 by Mark Spencer of Digium. Like any PBX, it allows attached telephones to make calls to one another, and to connect to other telephone services including the public switched telephone network (PSTN) and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services. Its name comes from the asterisk symbol, "*".
