Dermicis PBX & Call Center

Dermicis (dermatological medical center) is an independant treatment center. TTT takes care of the Dermicis (VoIP) businnes telephony with an Asterisk based solution. The VoIP infrastructure includes products from Sangoma, SNOM, Thomson, Plantronics and GN Netcom. In addition to the Asterisk PBX we have implemented an advancded call center monitoring solutions based on Queuemetrics.
